- Liaise closely and build relationships with other departments and services coming into the hotel.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong focus over managing day to day operations, and the ability to provide services to all.
- Capacity to develop effective relationships with team members and guests.
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the company.
- A strong drive to provide luxury service to all guests, therefore promoting the Sofitel brands standards.
- Must have full Australian Drivers Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
