Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests’ luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
• Rostering of Heartists, directing and supervising the Heartists under your hierarchy
• Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
• Policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests’ luggage
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous service experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
