• Meticulously prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages in strict adherence to quality standards
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining all equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with utmost professionalism and efficiency
• Execute cash and credit card transactions with precision, adhering to established financial protocols
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings to provide informed recommendations
• Strictly adhere to all relevant health and safety standards to maintain a secure work environment

• Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication in the English language
• Adherence to strict professional grooming standards and presentation at all times
• Proven ability to accurately manage cash transactions and maintain financial integrity
