• Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Supervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs
• Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained

• Graduate of Hospitality or other related course
• With at least 2-3 years of working experience on the same field
• Can adapt to fast phase working relationship
• Can work in a fast phase relationship
