• Proven experience (3+ years) as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of premium beers, European spirits, and craft cocktails, with strong experience in curating creative beverage menus and supervising bar operations in a high-end rooftop environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail techniques, presentation, and modern mixology.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all drinks are crafted to perfection.
