Job Description

Reporting directly to Restaurant Manager and job responsibilities will be: 

  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service and communication to all guests and team members.
  • Take accountability and effectively manage the restaurant in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue.
  • Prepare weekly rosters and consistently monitor labour costs to remain within financial budget.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis.
  • Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift briefings.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and induction of new team members.

Qualifications

What we are looking for;

  • Having minimum of 2 years supervisory or assistant manager experience in a similar Hospitality environment or role with assistant manager qualifications desirable.
  • You are the real deal and do not hold back when it comes to showing your true self!
  • Have outstanding customer services skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome
  • Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career within the industry
  • Lead by the example, working alongside with the team by prioritizing their development and training
