Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of our establishment.

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence, maintaining seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry or a similar establishment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
