• To ensure smooth functioning of the Culinary Department.
• Essential functions include planning, scheduling, problem solving, conducting inspections and interacting with the team to ensure operative effectiveness.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel New Delhi City Centre should be brought to the attention of the Management.

•Qualification in hospitality related discipline.

•Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.

•Ability to enhance organizational performance.
