Job Description

  • Manage daily financial operations of the F&B department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures across F&B outlets
  • Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
  • Train and mentor junior staff in financial management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years of F&B Financial management experience preferred
