Assistant Manager and Sustainability & Administration

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g., Earth Day, recycling drives, zero‑waste campaigns, sustainability workshops.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Accor environmental standards.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for Heartists.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sustainability and operations.
• Maintain accurate records and track project progress.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for key leaders.

• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management.
• Interest or passion for sustainability, environmental responsibility, or community initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Front Office experience is preferred
