The Assistant Director – SPA will work closely with the Director of SPA to oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient management of spa resources. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and excellent customer service.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
