Job Description

•Oversee daily accounting and financial operations with accuracy and discipline.

•Review and validate bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and all general ledger balances.

•Prepare trial balance and monthly financial statements in accordance with corporate and statutory standards.

•Analyze monthly results and provide insightful financial commentary to management.

•Establish and monitor reporting timelines to ensure punctual month-end closing.

•Safeguard financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Qualifications

•Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Finance & Administration or Financial Controller in a boutique or mid-scale hotel environment.

•Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

•Demonstrated leadership presence with strong collaboration and team orientation.

•High level of integrity, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
