Job Description

By joining our Talent Management Team in the Talent and Culture department (HR) as an Apprentice, you will contribute to a team that is fostering Heartists® growth within Accor.

What you will be doing:

Talent Management Processes

  • Participate in the Annual Performance Review process, user guide updates and campaign follow-up.
  • Consolidate Talent Reviews for the 2025 Performance & Talent Cycle process.
  • Participate in the coordination of regional HRs

Other Talent Management Projects (Non-exhaustive list)

  • Development support the roll-out of new Talent Management Strategy
  • Development of digital processes
  • Support digital events organization (such as webinars with the HR community worldwide)
  • Management of internal newsletters

Support and Coordinate Talent Management Development Programs

  • Support the selection of participants, follow up with regional HRs and partners, creation of content and communication…
  • Coordinate external providers

You will be part of the Talent Management team and interact with the different HR teams and departments worldwide.

    Your team and working environment:

    • Reporting to the Global Talent Management Senior Project Manager
    • Based at the Accor Global Headquarters in Issy Les Moulineaux, France
    • Part of an international team focused on attracting, selecting and developing talent for Accor
    • Have the opportunity to work on a global scale and support our Regions/Brands/Businesses across the globe


      Your experience and skills include:

    • Post-secondary studies in Human Resources, Hospitality or Business is preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
    • Strong organization and project management skills; creative and agile
    • Strong commitment to people and service, and a passion for the hospitality industry
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
    • Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information
    • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Systems, experience with Oracle products is an asset
    • Ideally present 3 days a week on a weekly basis
