Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating seamless guest experiences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Group Reservations Agent to join our dynamic hotel team and play a key role in delivering exceptional group stays.

🌟 About the Role

As a Group Reservations Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating, managing, and executing group bookings—from corporate conferences and weddings to tour groups and special events. You’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision, delivering a flawless experience from inquiry through to arrival.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry through to departure
• Liaise with sales, front office, and events teams to ensure smooth execution
• Input and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systems
• Monitor room allocations, rates, contracts, and cut-off dates
• Prepare rooming lists, reports, and group arrivals
• Handle special requests, changes, and last-minute adjustments professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, agents, and internal stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or events coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud experience highly regarded)
• Group block management
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service
