Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We're on the lookout for passionate, guest-focused food and beverage attendants ready to bring energy and excellence to our vibrant team.

Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Cairns International and bring your passion for service to life across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar and our banqueting operations. From elegant restaurant dining to large-scale events, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, five-star experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings
• Setting up, operating, and packing down dining areas and function spaces
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them with efficiency and care
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
• Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate
• Creating a positive guest experience with your welcoming, can-do attitude

• A friendly and customer-focused demeanour
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role
• Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
