Join our team at SO/ Sotogrande in beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, as a Golf Academy Assistant. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our golf instructors and enhance the experience of our academy members and guests.

• Assist golf instructors in conducting lessons and clinics for individuals and groups
• Provide excellent customer service to academy members and guests
• Maintain golf equipment and ensure the practice areas are well-organized and clean
• Schedule lessons and manage bookings for the golf academy
• Assist in setting up and operating golf training technology and aids
• Participate in golf events and tournaments organized by the academy
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to the golf academy operations
• Promote the golf academy's services and programs to potential clients

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic administrative and computer skills
• Prior experience in golf instruction or as a golf assistant is preferred
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
• Golf-related certifications are desirable
• First aid certification may be required
