Job Description

Swissôtel Amsterdam is looking for a Housekeeping supervisor Intern within the Housekeeping Department!

Do you have an eye for detail, are you a go-getter and do you think it is important to provide guests with a good stay? Then we are looking for you!

Swissôtel Amsterdam has been part of the luxury segment of the international hotel chain Accor Hotels for 5 years. The four star boutique hotel is located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, which ensures that both business and leisure guests use our hotel as the perfect base for their stay in Amsterdam. Thanks to our luxurious 114 rooms & suites, authentic service and location, we can call ourselves one of the best operating hotels in Amsterdam. 

Your work includes:
Managing the performance of work by own employees: chambermaids, minibar attendants, evening employees and employees of the cleaning of public areas;
Minibar organization
Checking rooms and public areas;
Coordination of activities, questions and complaints with other departments.
 


Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following profile:  
Leadership Quality
Able to work well in a team;
Speaks English and preferably Dutch 
Organized, guest, service & detail oriented, culture sensitive, respectful, stress resistant and representative.
