Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face and lasting impression for our guests. From the moment they arrive to the time they depart, your friendly and professional approach will help set the tone for a memorable stay. You'll be at the heart of the guest experience—responding to requests with efficiency, collaborating with other departments, and going the extra mile to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver smooth, efficient check-in and check-out experiences with a guest-first attitude
  • Champion Accor’s loyalty program by promoting membership and meeting sign-up targets
  • Support revenue goals by identifying and actioning upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and assist with basic portering as needed
  • Create meaningful moments through attentive, personalized service

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
  • A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
