• Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Greet customers and present menus and explain the items to the guests.
• Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques,
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
• Motivate team for high performance and satisfaction/engagement.

• ホテルまたはレストランでの勤務経験がある方。
• 柔軟性があり、昼夜どのシフトでも勤務可能な方。
• 夜遅くまで営業するため、ホテルの近くに住んでいること。
• 英語と日本語が話せることが望ましい。
• 複数の仕事をこなすマルチタスク能力。
• 国内外のゲストとコミュニケーションが取れること。
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Should be flexible and ready to work any shift day or night given as per requirement of the outlet.
• Living close to the hotel due to late operations during night time.
• English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
• Multitasking due to multiple tasks at hand.
• Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
