Job Description

To ensure accurate receiving and issuing of Store items; maintain optimum store inventory for operations; keep proper records of inventory for replenishment and accountability.

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and verify all goods received for the Stores to ensure that goods are in accordance with the purchase specifications. Goods ordered are to be supported by purchase requisitions
  • Ensure that all invoices or delivery order of goods received are properly stamped and the item code number indicated
  • Ensure that all rejected goods are properly documented and accounted for by issuing Goods Return Notes (GRN) to suppliers
  • Ensure all goods requisition forms are properly signed and approved before issuing goods
  • To maintain an up-to-date and accurate Bin Card system in the Stores
  • To assist in the monthly food & beverage inventory count for Stores
  • To ensure all F&B items are in good condition and under safe consumption period
  • Ensure goods are always in kept neatly and in an easily identifiable manner
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the Stores at all times
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management

Qualifications

  • Min. “O” level or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
