This fall, we are opening a premium hotel under the Swissôtel brand with 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will also feature the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and the “Pod Oblaky” Lifestyle Lounge rooftop terrace. In addition, the hotel will have three meeting rooms and a Boardroom. Another highlight of the hotel will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport, which combines Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně. This unique opportunity combines the international reputation of Swissôtel with the history of the spa town.


Job Description

SALES MANAGER (m/f)

START DATE:  15 SEPTEMBER 2025 | Location: Mariánské Lázně

We are looking for a Sales Manager who has an eye for detail, understands the hotel environment, and knows that business is not just about numbers, but mainly about relationships. We are not looking for a “hunter” – but a reliable partner for our corporate and MICE clients who can handle complex administration and smoothly coordinate events and stays from A to Z.

We are looking for a reliable colleague who will be a support to our clients and team.

What will you be doing?

  • Comprehensive care of corporate and leisure group clients – from inquiries to event organization to feedback evaluation.
  • Cross-departmental cooperation – ensuring that everything runs smoothly, whether it's technical details, catering, or accommodation.
  • Personal contact with clients – welcoming guests, accompanying them on hotel tours, assisting with events, and providing consistent care during their stay.
  • Preparation of documents – offers, contracts, presentations, welcome packages, event itineraries and invoices
  • Coordination and support of the sales team in meeting goals and implementing the daily agenda.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a similar position (ideally 3+ years), preferably in the hotel industry or services.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, in Czech and English (German is an advantage).
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to independently manage smaller and larger agendas.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must. Knowledge of CRM systems and hotel tools (e.g., Opera S&M, CVENT) is an advantage.
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach – guest orientation is key for us.
