Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our leisure industry team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Sales Executive in the leisure sector, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse portfolio of leisure products and services.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the leisure industry
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in leisure industry sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of leisure industry trends, products, and services
  • Understanding of the travel and tourism market, particularly in Turkey and surrounding regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
