SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences is a luxury lifestyle 5-star city hotel which belongs to Ennismore under the wider Accor group umbrella.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing the facilities, services, and unique offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings, events, and other services, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, front office, and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Assist clients in planning events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings, by providing guidance on available services and options.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends to track performance against targets.

Qualifications

 

  • Understanding of hotel operations, services, and amenities, as well as market trends affecting the hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, marketing strategies, and promotional tactics that drive business.
  • Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
