Company Description

Position Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the elegance, precision, and personalized service of both luxury brands. You will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service standards, and leading the team with passion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure all colleagues provide warm, attentive, and genuine service in line with Raffles and Fairmont standards.

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

  • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet according to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and special events.

  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

  • Lead by example, setting a standard for grooming, service, and teamwork.


Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems is preferred.

  • Experience with Forbes or LQA standards is an advantage.
