Job Description

  • Caters to room inquiries and reservations on a daily basis received via telephone calls and emails with full utilization of Opera PMS for creating and updating room reservations.
  • Maintains an outstanding reputation for the Hotel and provides services and information to guests the most accurate and up to date information possible.
  • Works towards maximizing hotel revenues by promoting upselling in the department, ensuring efficient availability control procedures and overbooking decisions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset.
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in reservation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS.
