Purchasing Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Officer in the day-to-day purchasing functions. The Purchasing Assistant processes purchase indents and organizes system for follow up of pending supplies.  

Knowledge and Experience 

• Diploma in Accounting or Management Related courses. 

• Experience in Check SCM is desired  

• With at least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity 

• Good knowledge about the market supplies 

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language 

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
