We are seeking a highly skilled Outlet Supervisor (Turkish Speaker - Butler) to join our luxury hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this unique role, you will combine supervisory responsibilities with exceptional butler services, ensuring our Turkish-speaking guests receive world-class experiences.

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Provide personalized butler services to Turkish-speaking guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
• Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with utmost professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all assigned areas
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes as needed
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Serve as a cultural liaison for Turkish-speaking guests, providing insights and recommendations

• Fluency in Turkish and English (bilingual) with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry
• Demonstrated expertise in butler services and high-end customer care
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish culture and customs
• Proficiency in luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Professional butler certification (preferred)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service in high-pressure situations
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with discerning clientele
