Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently to minimize wait times.
Provide information on hotel services, formalities, and special stay conditions.
Handle guest requests (e.g., wake-up calls, room service, transport).
Follow instructions from earlier shifts to ensure smooth service continuity.
Prepare detailed night shift reports on activities and incidents.
Ensure guest information and reception/lobby documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Stay informed daily about all arrivals, especially VIPs and returning guests, including any special requests.
Ensure the front desk is never left unattended while on duty.
- Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Computer literate (Windows environment), PMS (Opera), Tars online and an aptitude for new technologies
- Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a 3rd language would be a plus
