Job Description

Marketing Execution & Planning

  1. Deliver annual MarComm plans aligned with budgets, ROI, and business goals.

  2. Track industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.

  3. Execute PR activities aligned with hotel marketing priorities.

Brand & Creative

  1. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (signage, collateral, experiences, B2B & B2C).

  2. Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of creative assets and giveaways.

  3. Roll out global/regional campaigns using brand toolkits.

  4. Manage visual assets—photo, video, and graphics—per brand guidelines.

Public & Media Relations

  1. Execute PR/media plans for F&B, rooms, spa, leisure, and MICE.

  2. Maintain updated media kits (fact sheets, bios, imagery, content).

  3. Support press visits, events, and FAM trips to elevate visibility.

  4. Draft releases, articles, and statements for storytelling.

  5. Maintain media lists, monitor coverage, and report ROI.

  6. Respond to media queries and support crisis comms.

Campaigns & Activations

  1. Execute integrated campaigns across channels, in line with brand and annual plans.

  2. Activate sponsorships, partnerships, and events to drive engagement.

  3. Analyze performance and optimize based on insights.

Partners & Promotions

  1. Manage daily coordination with creative and PR agencies.

  2. Oversee hotel participation in tourism board promotions and key collaborations.

Budget & Performance

  1. Monitor MarComm spend and ensure budget discipline.

  2. Report on campaign results, media coverage, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  1. Align with Sales, Rooms, F&B, Spa, Loyalty & Events for integrated marketing.

  2. Support T&C with LinkedIn content and leadership visibility.

Admin & Reporting

  1. Organize marketing assets and reports archive.

  2. Share media calendars, campaign updates, and summaries.

  3. Conduct daily media monitoring and share clippings with relevant teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Marketing and PR experience preferably in hospitality or a consumer‑focused industry.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Knowledge in brand communication tools and platforms. Experience in media relations, press release writing, event planning, content creation, and managing design and production of marketing collaterals.
  • Familiarity with basic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) and internal communication platforms.
