The Head Mixologist is responsible for crafting an exquisite and ever-evolving beverage menu that sets our establishment apart. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest market trends, a keen eye for detail, and an expert touch in the art of mixology. The Head Mixologist creates and perfects signature cocktails while mentoring and training the team to ensure exceptional service and consistency. With a dedication to excellence and a finger on the pulse of the industry, this role is pivotal in defining the distinct drinking experience our luxury hotel offers.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or any related field. In addition, they must have at least five years of experience in high-end mixology, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment. They should have demonstrated expertise in creating and presenting artisanal cocktails and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest service standards. Candidates must also possess a deep understanding of current beverage trends, a proven track record in crafting innovative cocktail menus, and excellent leadership skills.
