In this pivotal Food and Beverage Supervisor role, you’ll support leadership, training, and operational delivery across all outlets – including Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service, and our diverse conference and events operations – ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding food and service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier resorts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to step into a leadership role and grow within a supportive and energetic team.

This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our diverse food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences every time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations across multiple F&B outlets – including Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service, and our diverse banqueting operation – with a focus on service excellence
• Leading, mentoring, and developing team members to deliver high standards
• Supporting recruitment, staff rostering, and payroll processes
• Collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
• Responding to guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Contributing to stock control and inventory management

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a food and beverage environment, ideally within a hotel or resort setting
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems is an advantage
• A strong service mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to work
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
