Food and Beverage attendant - IRD overnight

As an Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and refined dining experience to guests within the comfort of their rooms. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous in-room dining service to guests
• Accurately take and process guest orders via phone or digital systems
• Prepare, deliver, and present food and beverages to luxury standards
• Set up and clear trays/tables in guest rooms with attention to cleanliness and detail
• Handle guest requests, preferences, and dietary requirements with care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
• Work collaboratively with kitchen to ensure timely service

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Victorian RSA
