25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian is situated in the heart of Munich with excellent public transport links. As a Groups & Events Coordinator (m/f/d) you’ll play a key role in ensuring our event spaces are booked, our group guests are well taken care of, and every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Good to know: This position is initially limited to 12 months – but who knows what the future holds? One thing's for sure: it won’t be boring.

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

  • You are an ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
  • You are the central point of contact for all event and group enquiries – from the initial idea and contract to implementation and on-site support
  • You plan, coordinate and supervise internal and external events – including location, technology and catering – and act as the interface for communication with the F&B and operations team
  • You build successful relationships with our customers in order to sell each event optimally and make it unforgettable for the customer
  • You coordinate your daily schedule independently and keep to agreements even when your diary and email inbox are full
  • You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot
  • You work on various projects in our Groups & Events department

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  • You may already have some experience in a similar position in the events or groups sector, ideally in the hotel, catering or lifestyle industry, and speak good German and English
  • You are creative, a strong communicator and can keep a cool head even in hectic times.
  • You work independently, are reliable and always think one step ahead
  • You have a good sense of trends, storytelling and our target group
  • You are a team player, think in a solution-oriented manner and are also willing to lend a hand
  • You are a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  • You bring not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
