As Concierge Supervisor, you will assist the Head Concierge in overseeing the Concierge and Porter team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and truly personalised luxury experience. You will lead the team each shift, creating memorable moments through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and authentic story-telling that connects guests with our hotel and the world-class Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Your leadership will set the tone for professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness, ensuring your team delivers experiences that are both polished and personal. This full-time role requires flexibility to work mornings and evenings across the 7 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Concierge by leading and supervising the porters during each shift.
Welcome and farewell guests with genuine warmth, creating a memorable first and last impression.
Assist guests with personalised recommendations, directions, and arrangements, enhancing their stay with thoughtful story-telling and insights into Chadstone Shopping Centre and the local area.
Create authentic connections with guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the Porter team to ensure consistent luxury service delivery.
Manage luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet services with efficiency and care.
Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly, with a focus on creating memorable moments.
Maintain close communication with the Head Concierge and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee safety and security procedures relating to vehicles, luggage, and guest belongings.

Previous experience in a Concierge or Front Office role within a luxury hotel environment.
Full Victorian driver’s licence (essential).
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with professionalism and positivity.
A passion for creating connections, telling stories, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished presentation.
Calm, confident, and composed under pressure.
Availability to work a full-time roster including mornings and evenings across 7 days.
