Job Description

  • Manages the daily administrative tasks of the sales and marketing department, including handling urgent client communications, preparing reports, and maintaining organized online filing systems.

  • Coordinates with both internal teams and external consultants to arrange site inspections, follow up on quotes, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's brand and digital strategy.

  • Supports the Sales and Marketing Managers by assisting with rate contracts, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities to assist with site inspections and client queries.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
