We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffees
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in managing inventory and placing orders for coffee beans and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
• Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop

• 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks and alternative brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic Arabic language skills preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
