Job Description

Human Resources Management

  • Handle all the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment law
  • Liaise with employment agencies and other sources for the recruitment of Management employees. Interview, assess and evaluate prospective employees
  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager in ensuring that all in house rules and regulations are adhered to

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the hotel
  • Analyze the hotel manpower requirements
  • Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of qualified personnel based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures

Team Management

 

  • Interview, select and recruit direct reports
  • Identify and develop team members with potential
  • Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the team

Other Responsibilities

 

  • Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Qualifications

  • College / University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years of proven service and/or training experience
  • Solid knowledge about related Government law and regulations
  • Good communication skills (English and Vietnamese), both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
