Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Assistant Reservations Manager assist with the optimization of the Reservations Team by ensuring quality reservation service to all customers in a timely manner. The position’s responsibilities will be divided among administrative duties, team oversight and achieving upsell revenue budget.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

 

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • High School graduate
  • Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral
  • Capacity to multi task, prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed
  • Knowledge of OPERA v5, Opera Cloud, TARs highly preferred

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred
  • Good understanding of financial documents, daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred
  • Hospitality experience required
