Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Assistant Front Office Manager assist the Front Office Manager in the daily supervision of operations both from the administrative and operational perspectives.  Managing staff interactions and daily activities while ensuring customer satisfaction.  Ensuring profitability and controlling costs while maintaining the high-quality standards of service. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the department


Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

 

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • High School graduate
  • Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral
  • Capacity to multi task, prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Experience in the related field
  • Previous Hospitality experience preferred
  • Good understanding of financial documents, daily, weekly and monthly reports
