We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to join our senior leadership team, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and service
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing F&B teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
Analyse market trends and maintain a competitive, contemporary F&B offering
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury or high-volume hotel environment
Strong financial acumen and operational leadership capability
Proven ability to drive service excellence and team performance
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS platforms
Creativity and innovation in designing distinctive F&B concepts and memorable guest experiences
