En tant que Serveur, vous êtes un ambassadeur de la Restauration et plus particulièrement de notre restaurant gastronomique. Votre bienveillance, votre attention particulière aux détails et votre connaissance de nos offres ainsi que de nos produits font vivre une expérience unique à notre clientèle.

Votre rôle au sein du Grand Hôtel La Cloche :
Apporter conseil et expertise sur la carte et les menus
Participer au service au restaurant gastronomique et en banquet
Partager votre parfaite connaissance sur les boissons, les mets et les méthodes de service
Effectuer le service en coordination avec le maître d’hôtel, les chefs de rang et commis
Respecter les politiques d’hygiène et de sécurité relatives à la Restauration
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Première expérience validé dans un restaurant
Capacité à analyser le besoin du client, à garder une posture professionnelle en toutes circonstances
Sens du service et envie de faire plaisir
Bonne communication interpersonnelle et capacité à gérer les conflits
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant
Capacité à travailler en équipe
