Situé sur la presqu’île de Quiberon, l’hôtel Mercure ouvre ses portes après une rénovation totale. Cet hôtel 4* est composé de 80 chambres, d’un restaurant proposant une cuisine portée sur l’océan, d’une piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi, hammam, sauna et cabines de soins.
Chef de partie CDD SAISON EN 39H avec possibilité de convertir en CDI
Sous la responsabilité du Chef et du second, vos principales missions seront de :
- Contribuer au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production.
- Assurer de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques
- Manager, animer le travail des commis et des plongeurs
- Contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle par la qualité de votre travail et l’exemplarité de votre comportement
- Participer à la bonne coordination entre la cuisine et la salle
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Titulaire d'un CAP cuisine (ou autre diplôme), vous êtes motivé(e), passionné(e) par la cuisine.
- Vous disposez d’expériences significatives à un poste ou dans un établissement similaire.
- Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes dynamique
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe
