The Finance & Accounting Europe North Africa department is looking for a statutory and IFRS accounting manager to manage its teams in charge of the French entities.
The current organization is rich in profiles with knowledge of our accounting tools and obligations. 
We would like to reenforce this with a manager who has a global vision of our responsibilities and more transversal orientation.
This position will be key to continuing to ensure the quality of our reporting (social and tax) and the IFRS reporting to the group.
He will also have a key role in relations with the Finance teams in the Europe North Africa region.

Main responsibilities :

Transversal 
• Responsible of the day-to-day management of finance resources (9/10 people) 
• Oversee the work of assigned Shared Services team members (French scope) 
• Interface with 3rd parties (auditors, tax authorities...) 
• Manage escalation processes, resolve complex issues & queries 
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs for all services delivered within its scope of responsibility and set-up action plans 
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives to deliver efficiency gains 
• Ensure and monitor compliance with AH corporate policies of countries 

Close period / GL 
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of country reports (Entities in the scope) 
• Review complex accruals, journal entries, GL accounts and Fixed asset requests. Define calculation rules. 
• Participate to pre and post-close meetings 
• Review Financial reports & approvals (local rules and IFRS rules), consolidation reporting IFRS,
• Interface with the management and corporate departments (Tax, legal, accounting and consolidation)
• Local social & tax management
• Income tax management (Income tax & tax proof)
• Interco process / reviewal

AP /AR
• AR Insure the contract analysis and setup for the right invoicing
• AR and AP process review (booking and balance analysis) 
• Approve payments AP sessions and Improve AR Cash collection

FP&A
• Connect with country Finance teams to provide insights to support the analysis of countries performance in the HUB and facilitate the decision-making process 

Projects & audit
• Coordinate and improve the IT Tools and Finance processes 
• Internal documentation for the processes and controls
 


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
 Chartered accountant with a minimum of 5/7 years post-graduation experience 
• Ability to manage time well with strong organizational skills 
• Autonomous, ability to make decisions
• Team leadership success in previous roles
• Ability to analyze and summarize
• Rigor and organization
• Flexibility in terms of managing one-off problems, projects, missions

• Language: French / English must have
• Tools: ERP SAP / Oracle / CTU (Cegid), Office
