As a Banquet Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for banquet and event spaces by effectively selling the venue's services, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our banquet hall.
Sales: The primary responsibility of a Banquet Sales Executive is to sell banquet and event spaces to potential clients. This involves identifying and prospecting new clients, following up on leads, conducting site tours, and presenting proposals to clients that highlight the venue's features, amenities, and services.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential for repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Market Research and Analysis: To effectively sell banquet and event spaces, Banquet Sales Executives must stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of service and guest satisfaction is paramount in the hospitality industry. Banquet executives monitor events closely, addressing any issues that arise promptly and proactively seeking feedback from clients and guests to continuously improve the overall experience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors
- Fluent in English
- Opera knowledge
- Must have soft skills
- Proven experience in Banquet Sales or Event Planning
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and build relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
