Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Wedding & Events Executive to join our team at our one-of-a-kind luxury venue. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for booking and coordinating unforgettable weddings and exceptional events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. From handling inquiries and guiding clients through the planning process to working closely with vendors and overseeing event logistics, you will play a key role in creating extraordinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and event planning, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning, wedding coordination and hospitality sales
  • Strong background in managing client relationships and event bookings
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of luxury venues and high-end event expectations is a plus
  • Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi and Opera Cloud
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings as required
  • Passion for creating unforgettable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
