Job Description

Assist the reception team with all reception duties, focusing on providing exceptional personalized guest service. Plays a key role in VIP procedures, ensuring all guests are satisfied with their stay by maintaining and delivering the highest level of service, adhering to Novotel Jazan Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Present at the reception desk or lobby during check-in and check-out, or any event, interacting with guests.

Ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed, enjoy their stay, and provide the highest level of personalized service.

Ensure that guests' privacy and confidentiality are respected.

Review all guest arrivals daily, ensuring all VIPs are assigned to the appropriate category and their preferences are updated.

Prepare a daily amenity list and coordinate with the food and beverage department to ensure all amenities are delivered on time and in the appropriate location.

Coordinate with the front desk regarding all VIP cards and ensure they are placed in the room with all amenities prior to arrival.

Manage and resolve any guest complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction, and recording them. Communicate with the front desk for advice in emergencies or when approval is needed.

Review and report all guest comments or complaints.

Assist with any other duties requested by the front desk manager.

Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests to meet their needs.

Handle guest requests in person, by phone, or by email.


Qualifications

  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
