Responsible for providing expert wine service and guidance to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through professional recommendations and wine pairings. This role assists in maintaining the wine list, managing stocks levels, and supporting the Head Sommelier in training staff and achieving the outlet's wine sales goals.

• Secondary/High School Education
• Additional Certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience
