An oasis immersed in well-being and nature, Raffles Sentosa Singapore is the first all-villa property in Singapore. Located on a clifftop, the new resort on Sentosa Island features 62 contemporary private pool villas surrounded by tropical gardens and views over the South China Sea.

Ranging from 230 square metres in size, each villa is a sanctuary for extended stays. As part of Raffles’ legendary welcome, guests will experience signature markers enlivened by the famous Raffles Butlers and a sustainably created Sentosa Sling. There will be five dining establishments, a spa offering next-generation wellness and a grand ballroom.


Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

You will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies that align with the hotel's luxury brand standards.As the Sales Manager at Raffles Sentosa, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the hotel in local and international markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and event organizers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours to showcase the hotel's offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and maximize visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery for groups, events, and individual bookings.
  • Represent Raffles Sentosa at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing in achieving the overall sales and revenue goals of the property.

 


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Additional Information

    YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILL INCLUDE

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
    • Demonstrated success in managing corporate, leisure, and/or MICE accounts with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with established connections in key markets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and hotel sales systems; knowledge of Opera, Delphi, or similar platforms is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
    • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
