Senior Catering Sales Manager

• Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 USD Gross per annum

Reporting to the Director of Catering & Event Services, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

• Passion and proven track record in driving Wedding sales.
• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through proactive sales efforts via telephone, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel including room rental, banquet and catering food and beverage, AV and other revenue generating opportunities.
• Detailing (BEO Creation) of all meeting and events with client specifications including space requirements, times, equipment, menus, theme, decor, staffing etc.

• Minimum of 3 years hotel experience, preferably in sales, catering or wedding planning.
• Plan photo shoots for collateral and put together Sales kits.
• Good understanding of the luxury market.
• Excellent customer skills, superior interpersonal skills, results oriented and highly motivated.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events effectively and with a strong attention to detail.
