Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team based at Delhi, based at Mumbai & based at Kolkata/Hyderabad to drive business growth in a competitive market.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication channels and addressing client needs promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in developing and maintaining key client relationships
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and budget management
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
